Melbourne newborn photography – The Circle interview

Things have been a little bit exciting here at Beloved Photography. Running my own small business for the past few years has been a wonderful experience for me. Mostly because I am so fortunate to do what I love…take beautiful photographs for families. I also have the privilege of meeting new families in the most wonderful of circumstances…just after (and sometimes before) the arrival of a brand new precious baby has arrived in their lives. My little business is otherwise just a bit unknown. When strangers ask me what I do..I am often meet with a surprised look “You photograph babies??” I guess it’s an unusual job.
A few weeks ago I received a phone call from the lovely Courtney Dickson, she’s one of the producers from Channel ten’s ‘The Circle’ and she was interested in doing a story on my work. You can imagine my surprise…and excitement! So last Wednesday Courtney and the gorgeous Aleisha McCormack (check out her Australian fashion blog) arrived with their trusty cameraman and sound guy and spent a few hours watching me pose and photograph two gorgeous babies. The girls got to experience a real newborn session, complete with explosive poo and funny little noises new babies makeThe segment should air in a few weeks time.
