Alex was full of smiles, from the moment he arrived. I don’t often have sessions in my own home…but maybe I should! The polished boards and our new outdoor area…became the perfect studio for this handsome little man.

Sweet baby Audrey (oh how I LOVE her name) is 8 months old…sitting up beautifully…and had a lovely time eating the autumn leaves!

Gorgeous kids – Melbourne child photography

Aren’t these two adorable? It’s probably the two more difficult ages to photograph….a ‘just’ crawling baby and a 2 year old – but they managed really well…and had a absolute ball being tickled by mum.

Every now and then I look at my most recent session, just uploaded onto the computer, straight out of my camera…and smile all the way from the inside out.

Baby Andre – melbourne baby photography

Photographing a baby at around 12 weeks can be perfect…but as I explained to Andre’s Mum Jane…things don’t always go to plan. We booked in our session to coincide with Andre’s morning nap…but like most babies, he chose not to follow his usual routine, so when I arrived he was teary, tired and certainly wasn’t going to smile. That’s the great thing about custom photography, unlike a rushed studio or shopping centre environment, there is no hurry. I allow plenty of time for your baby to settle, have a feed and have plenty of cuddles. Once Andre drifted off to sleep we were able to get some gorgeous shots of him…even a smile!

Baby Zachary – Melbourne baby photographer

We managed to get a few cute smiles from him…before it was all too much, and he just had to have a nap!

This week I met the most absolutely adorable little man, just 6 months old.

Such a wonderful age to photograph…all smiles, coos, giggles and laughter.

He was such a gorgeous little boy, beautiful eyes…and that hair…how cute!
